Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: December 31st, 2025
Introduction
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform operated by Invarya Technologies Private Limited.
Cancellation Policy
Under this policy, cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 14 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Invarya Technologies Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 14 days of receipt of products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Products with Warranty
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.
Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by Invarya Technologies Private Limited, it will take 14 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund on a maps.guru subscription?
Yes. Contact hello@invarya.com within the refund window described on this page and we will process the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the same gateway that took the payment.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately on our side. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider: typically 5 to 10 business days for cards, and faster for UPI and net banking in India.
What happens to my API keys after a refund?
Your organization returns to the free tier. Existing API keys keep working, but monthly quotas revert to the free allowance of 50,000 tile requests, 10,000 geocoding requests, and 10,000 routing requests.
Do you charge for the unused part of a billing period?
No. When a subscription is cancelled, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not bill again after that.
Terms used on this page
What is billing period?
A billing period is the recurring interval a subscription is charged for, monthly or annual on maps.guru. Cancelling ends renewal at the close of the current period rather than cutting off access immediately.
What is personal data?
Personal data is any information that identifies a person, directly or indirectly. On maps.guru this means account details such as name and email, not the coordinates inside an API request.
What is sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party service that handles data on behalf of a provider. maps.guru uses sub-processors for payments, email delivery, and edge infrastructure, each bound by its own data-processing terms.
What is essential cookie?
An essential cookie is one a site cannot function without, such as keeping you signed in or remembering a consent choice. Essential cookies do not require consent, unlike analytics or marketing cookies.
What is attribution?
Attribution is the credit line a map must display for its data sources, such as OpenStreetMap contributors. It is a licence requirement of the underlying data, not a branding choice, so it must remain visible on the rendered map.
